For four days, the area around Blücherplatz is a place where people come together to celebrate Berlin’s cultural wealth and creativity. This festival is a statement in favour of a vibrant city in which cultural exchange is valued as a gift.
Of course, this also includes a music programme that presents a wide variety of musical styles from all genres. But acrobats, puppets and other creatures of unusual shape and size, mysterious objects and fortune tellers can also be encountered while strolling around and will delight all children, young and old.
There is plenty to discover at 350 stands – food and drink from all over the world, art and handicrafts offered by local artists or traders from further afield.
