Berlin, 22–25 May 2026
For four days, the area around Blücherplatz becomes a place where people gather to celebrate Berlin’s cultural richness and creativity. This festival is a statement in favour of a vibrant city where cultural exchange is cherished as a gift.
This naturally includes a music programme showcasing a wide variety of musical styles from all genres. But as you stroll around, you may also encounter acrobats, puppets and other creatures of unusual shapes and sizes, mysterious objects and fortune-tellers, delighting children of all ages.
There is plenty to discover at 350 stalls – food and drink from all over the world, art and crafts offered by local artists or traders from afar. There are also information stalls run by associations and initiatives committed to social justice and environmental sustainability. © by Karneval der Kulturen
